Ingredients:
1 can Grands canned biscuits
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can cherry pie filling
Oil spray (for air frying)
2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing)
Granulated sugar (for topping)
Directions:
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Separate canned biscuits and roll each one out flat into a circle on a lightly floured surface.
Spoon a small amount of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit, then top with a small spoonful of cherry pie filling.
Fold the biscuit over into a half-moon shape and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
Lightly spray both sides of each pie with oil.
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Air fry the hand pies at 350°F for 6 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
While still warm, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Let cool slightly before serving.
