Shape the Puffs:

Prepare the Coating:

In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley.

Coat the Puffs:

Lightly coat each potato mixture ball or puff with the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture. You can roll them in the mixture until fully coated.

Bake:

Place the coated potato puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.

Serve:

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce (ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli work great).

Tips

Make Ahead: You can prepare the mashed potato mixture the day before and store it in the fridge until you're ready to bake.

Cheese Variations: Swap out the cheddar for mozzarella, gouda, or even pepper jack for different flavors.

Crispier Puffs: If you prefer an extra crispy texture, lightly spray the puffs with cooking spray before baking.

These Cheesy Mashed Potato Puffs are sure to become a new family favorite. Enjoy!
