Preparation Methods
1. Oven Roasted (The easiest way): Brush the corn generously with the butter mixture, wrap them individually in foil (or cover the whole tray like in the picture), and bake at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes.
2. Grilling: If you want a bit of char, grill the corn first until it's cooked, then brush on the butter while it's still hot so it melts into the kernels.
3. Boil and Brush: You can also boil the corn in water (or a milk-and-butter bath) and then brush the spice mixture on just before serving.
A quick tip: If you want it even creamier, some people stir a spoonful of mayonnaise or crema into the butter before brushing it on.
